ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cancellation, product changes or address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment or shipment.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, you may request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not impose a separate cancellation fee for an order that is successfully cancelled before shipment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United States expedited shipping: approximately 3–7 business days;
• International standard shipping: approximately 7–20 business days; and
• International expedited shipping: approximately 5–12 business days.

Standard shipping is generally US$5.99, and expedited shipping is generally US$9.99 for eligible United States and international orders.

Eligible orders of US$49 or more may qualify for free standard shipping. The final available options, costs and estimates displayed during checkout apply to the order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may result from weather, carrier capacity, customs processing, remote-area service, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. Items from the same order may be shipped separately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Where these charges are not expressly included during checkout, they may be collected separately by the carrier or local authority.

We may cancel an order if the product cannot legally or practically be shipped to the selected destination.

TRACKING

A carrier status showing “Delivered” does not automatically prevent us from reviewing a customer’s delivery concern.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products should normally be unused, unwashed, unmodified, complete and in their original condition, unless the customer is reporting damage, a defect, an incorrect item or another covered product problem.

We do not charge a separate restocking or return-processing fee for eligible approved returns.

For preference-based returns, return shipping costs are determined according to the specific product, order, delivery location and available return method.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or approved return solution at no additional cost to the customer once the issue has been confirmed.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
